Customs/PPR email not working when submitting GAR from iPAD

The customs email is not sent by Online GAR when submitting a GAR from iPAD. It says email not sent whether the tickbox is ticked or not. This is for a flight to Le Touquet tomorrow, but I noticed it did the same on a prior trip to Alderney where the arrivals form was not generated either.

I have just resubmitted using the Windows application and the email is sent, when the box is ticked.

Both versions of app are latest versions.

The tick box here is set



But when form is submitted it says preference has been set to N and the email is not sent.



I suspect the state of that tick box is not being sent through the onlinegar API so it's effectively ignored and defaults to N

Note using the PC app it works fine.

While I am at it, if you cancel a gar (like I had to do after submitting the above one) this error is given (although the form is cancelled)

Same problem when flying to the Channel Islands where a GENDEC should also be produced but isn't, I assume for the same reason.
